BETSY GATES MOORE, ASID is a graduate of VCU School of the Arts with a BFA in Interior Design. She also has a degree from Mary Baldwin College and has studied design and architecture in Italy through Parsons School of Design. Moore has been a practicing design professional since 1987. Moore was director of design for Richmond-based national retailer and manufacturer This End Up Furniture Co. for 12 years. Moore has won several awards for her designs and her work has been published in numerous shelter magazines. Moore has also appeared on HGTV.
